“Having a lot of sexual experience doesn’t automatically equate to being a better lover,” explained Dr. Justin Lehmiller, research fellow at The Kinsey Institute at Indiana University in Bloomington. “Being good in bed has less to do with how much sex you’ve had and far more to do with how communicative and responsive you are with your partner.”
