The truth is that a childhood image only tells us what someone looked like at one particular moment.
Unless there are reliable, current photographs and confirmed information about the individual, it’s impossible to responsibly claim exactly what he looks like today.
And that’s where viral stories can sometimes become misleading. Internet posts may attach names, ages, medical explanations, or “before and after” photographs without providing enough evidence to establish that the information is accurate.
The safest approach is to appreciate the remarkable photograph without turning speculation into fact.
A Photograph Is Only One Chapter

It’s the reminder that every child in a photograph has an entire future that the picture cannot show.
