From the age of 65, how often should you shower?

So, how many showers per week after age 65?

Dermatologists agree: two to three showers per week are more than enough to maintain good hygiene while respecting the skin’s balance.

This doesn’t mean neglecting cleanliness. Between showers, a targeted wash (face, underarms, intimate areas) with a soft washcloth and a little lukewarm water is perfectly adequate.
